2. Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, headhunting, and market mapping.

3. Responsible for screening and shortlisting profiles, coordinating and scheduling interviews, conducting follow-ups, negotiating salaries,

4. Maintaining consistent engagement with candidates through to successful onboarding
