Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews with candidates and clients
Conducting initial HR interviews/telephonic screenings
Maintaining candidate database and reports
Assisting in client coordination and follow-ups

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing MBA in HR (Final Year / 1st Year)
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Immediate joiners preferred
