Manager Maintenance @ Sharda Motor

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure timely Preventive maintenance and breakdown of machines & equipments are accomplished and its documentations are maintained

2. To ensure no losses due to machine breakdown

3. To ensure machine history cards is maintained for all machines & equipments

4. To provide uninterrupted Utility services

5. To ensure that all safety equipments are installed and available in operating order 6. To maintain & monitor inventories of spares

7. To maintain & monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving

8. To plan and implement corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures

9. To educate the operators on the importance of not changing or interfering with the safety devices

10. To plan & maintain stock of spare parts required for critical machines

11. To ensure dept. documents are maintained as per IATF 16949

12. To implement & sustain TPM in shop floor

13. To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of other dept

14. Budget preparation and proper utlisation 15. Any other task entrusted by the management

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
1. Knowledge of maintenance activities

2. Knowledge of spare part life enhancement

3. PM procedure, Breakdown procedure, TBM, CBM, MTTR, MTBF

4. IATF /TPM/EMS-OHSAS

Skills

1. PLC/Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Robotics

2. Mechanical / Electrical maintenance

3. TPM PM Pillar sustenance

4. Welding machine maintenance
