Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Type: Full-time / Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Recruiter with strong client management skills to handle end-to-end hiring for technical roles and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring needs and technical requirements
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and networks
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (HR/IT/Business)
- Experience in IT recruitment and client handling
- Knowledge of technical roles (Java, Python, Cloud, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS and job portals
