Operations Executive Accounts | Operations | Ticketing (Fresher Hiring)
About the Role
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, and driven freshers to join our team. With our expansion plan, we are interested to hire and grow our team. Selected candidates will be trained and placed across different functions such as Accounts, Hotel Operations, or Air Ticketing, based on their aptitude and interest.
This is an opportunity to build a career in a dynamic and fast-growing travel services environment.
Key Responsibilities (Role will vary based on department)
Accounts Team
- Basic accounting entries and data management
- Invoice processing and reconciliations
- Supporting billing and documentation
Hotel Operations Team
- Handling hotel booking requests (domestic & international)
- Coordinating with hotels for rates and confirmations
- Managing changes, follow-ups, and client communication
Air Ticketing Team
- Assisting in domestic & international ticket bookings
- Fare checks and routing
- Handling reissues, cancellations, and coordination
Candidate Profile
- Freshers / up to 2 years experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling)
- Detail-oriented with willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
