About the Role

At Shaadi.com, our Sales and Customer Success teams are the frontline heroes who make "Togetherness" happen. As the HRBP Manager, you will be the strategic partner for our large-scale internal processes. Your mission is to drive productivity, manage high-volume talent, and ensure our BPO and Sales divisions are the most engaged and high-performing teams in the industry!

What You'll Do (The Operational Engine)

  • High-Volume Partnering: Act as the dedicated HR partner for our Sales, Customer Service, and Retention teams. Youll navigate the unique challenges of a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Attrition & Retention Command: We "Go Deep" into the data. You will analyze attrition trends and implement "Laser-focused" retention strategies to keep our top performers motivated.
  • Performance & Incentives: Work closely with HODs to manage KPIs, CSAT scores, and sales targets. You'll ensure our performance-linked incentives are driving the right behaviors.
  • Employee Relations & Grievances: Manage large-scale employee relations with empathy and fairness. You are the go-to person for maintaining a healthy, "Abuse-free," and professional work culture.
  • Culture on the Floor: Drive engagement activities that resonate with a large frontline workforce. From "Traditional Shaadi Welcomes" to floor-wide celebrations, you make work fun!
  • Roster & Compliance: Support leaders in managing shift rotations and ensuring all operational HR compliance standards are met.

What Youll Bring (The Operations Expert)

  • Experience: 4-10 years of HRBP experience, specifically within a BPO, KPO, or high-volume Sales environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: You understand the "vibe" of a calling centeryou know how to handle volume, shifts, and the high-energy demands of sales teams.
  • Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
  • Mindset: A "Bias for Action." You don't wait for things to happen; you "Make it Happen" by being present on the floor and accessible to the team.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify the "Root Cause" of morale or productivity issues and solve them without needing constant handholding.
