Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Promote code quality, development standards, and Salesforce best practices.
- Foster collaboration across teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience working with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration using Apex Web Services and APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and data management within Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance practices.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and collaborative development processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
