Job Description

Job Overview:


Our client is hiring Customer Support Associates (CSA) for the Hilton Process (International Non-Voice). This role is ideal for candidates with prior customer support experience who have strong written communication skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries through non-voice channels (chat/email)
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow process guidelines
  • Ensure high quality and error-free responses
  • Work closely with internal teams for query resolution
  • Adhere to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer support (mandatory)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Stable career history (low attrition preferred)

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in administrative or backend support roles
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries with accuracy
  • Strong focus and ability to work in a detail-oriented environment

Job Details:


  • Process: Hilton (International Non-Voice)
  • Shift: Rotational shifts with 5 days working & 2 rotational week offs
  • Salary: 3.0 LPA 3.5 LPA
  • Transport: 2-way cab facility (within 15 km radius only)

Important Note:


  • This is a 100% non-voice role, requiring high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts
