Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues promptly.
Utilize strong communication skills to empathize with customers' needs and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes (email/chat support).
Strong understanding of chat processing, email support, and non-voice processes.
Excellent written communication skills for effective interaction with customers via email/chat.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
