- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of customized software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity in project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team cohesion.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Workday Recruiting modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Workday Recruiting environments to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
