Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
