Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact delivery initiatives within Data Management Services. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in managing global programs aligned with enterprise change frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery execution and oversee roadmap implementation and adoption plans
- Define and drive program delivery strategy across multiple projects and capabilities
- Ensure effective governance, reporting, and benefits realization aligned with OKRs
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines
- Partner with Product Owners and Tech Teams for planning, forecasting, and resource management
- Act as an escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution strategies
- Monitor program health using tools like JIRA and Confluence and maintain delivery dashboards
- Work closely with global program teams to enhance delivery frameworks and best practices
- Ensure adherence to risk, controls, and quality assurance standards
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-performing teams across complex programs
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor progress
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional and global stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Program/Project Management within global environments
- Expertise in managing large-scale transformation or data programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking/financial services domain
- Exposure to global delivery models and cross-regional teams
- PMP / Agile certifications (preferred)
