Job Description

HCLTech is conducting a Face-to-Face Hiring Drive to onboard highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developers with strong backend, cloud, and event-driven architecture experience. The role demands hands-on development, clean coding practices, and modern cloud-native mindset.

Mandatory Skills

• Java (Core Java Version 17 & above) Production-ready code, collections, concurrency basics, error handling, clean code principles
• Spring Boot RESTful services, configuration management, validation & exception handling
• Kafka Producer/consumer implementation, message design, retries, idempotency concepts

Desired Technical Competencies

Backend & Microservices

• Quarkus Lightweight service development, packaging, profiles, REST endpoints
• Microservices Architecture Service boundaries, API contracts, resiliency basics, versioning
• REST / API Design REST semantics, DTOs, pagination, standardized error models

Frontend

• React Full Stack REST API consumption, basic UI patterns, TypeScript

Quality & DevOps

• Quality Engineering Unit testing, BDD basics, automation-first mindset
• Dev Delivery Discipline Git workflows, PR hygiene, CI checks

Cloud & Modern Engineering

• Cloud Orientation (GCP) Deployment readiness, cloud-native thinking
• GHCP with LLM Usage End-to-end SDLC execution from user story creation to deployment using GHCP with any LLM, along with enterprise-grade architecture & security guardrails

• Experience building scalable, resilient enterprise applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams
