Job Description

Job Title: Field Collections Executive

Location : Bangalore Region(Yeshwantpur)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to manage field operations and support collections activities in the Bangalore region. The role involves handling POD remapping, resolving on-ground issues, supporting collections teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) remapping for assigned cases within defined timelines
Support the Tele Collections team by conducting field visits when required due to non-responsiveness or incomplete information
Manage and resolve on-ground operational issues across the Bangalore region
Assist Bangalore BFAs (Business Field Associates) with field visits and operational support
Work on complex / hard cases and ensure continuous follow-ups for closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and process efficiency
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on task progress
Experience in field operations / collections / logistics support preferred
