Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Location: Coimbatore, India

Key Responsibilities
Arabic Functional & Localization Testing:
- Validate Arabic translations, terminology, and language consistency across applications.
- Ensure Right to Left (RTL) layout correctness, UI alignment, and rendering behavior.
- Verify cultural and regional compliance (dates, numbers, currency, formats).
- Identify linguistic defects, truncation issues, misalignment, and usability gaps in Arabic UI.
Test Planning & Execution:
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites for Arabic features.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing across multiple channels (Web, Mobile, APIs).
- Validate end to end user journeys in Arabic language workflows.
Defect Management & Reporting:
- Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Participate in defect triage and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Provide daily and cycle end test execution status, metrics, and quality reports.
Collaboration & Governance:
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and developers to clarify requirements.
- Support release activities including production validation and post deployment checks.
- Ensure adherence to defined QA standards, processes, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language & Domain:
- Native or fluent Arabic (reading, writing, and comprehension is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, semantics, and regional variations.
- Experience testing Arabic applications in regulated or enterprise environments preferred.
Testing & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands on experience with manual functional testing (Arabic focus).
- Exposure to web and mobile application testing (Android / iOS).
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing is an advantage.
