Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager Motor
Dealership Field Sales to drive business growth through dealership partnerships. The
candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing motor dealerships, developing
strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving insurance sales through the
PBPartners platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard motor dealerships for insurance distribution through
PBPartners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and key
stakeholders.
Promote motor insurance products and drive business through dealership channels.
Conduct regular visits to dealerships to ensure engagement and business generation.
Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on PBPartners products, processes,
and platform usage.
Track performance metrics and ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, activation, and issue
resolution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
