Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through merchant acquisition, CASA sales, and POS machine placement.
Build strong relationships with merchants to increase revenue streams and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet the bank's objectives.
Monitor performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements :

0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
Strong understanding of current account, EDC (Electronic Data Capture), POS machines, and merchant acquiring processes.
Proven track record in building successful partnerships with merchants or similar stakeholders.
