Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to drive implementation, integration, and support of payroll solutions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP ECP, integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), and handson experience with payroll processes, compliance, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Implementation & Support
- Lead endtoend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support activities
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, and wage types based on business requirements
- Execute payroll runs, retro calculations, offcycle payrolls, and yearend activities
- Ensure accurate payroll processing aligned with statutory and regulatory requirements
Integration & Data Management
- Configure and manage integration between:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP ECP (S/4HANA or ECCbased payroll)
- Handle employee master data, organizational data, and time data replication
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Time & Compliance
- Integrate SAP Time Management / SF Time Tracking with payroll
- Ensure statutory compliance for payroll processes:
- Tax calculations
- Deductions
- Legal reporting
- Support audits and compliance reviews
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with:
- HR business stakeholders
- SAP EC consultants
- Technical and integration teams
- Prepare and maintain:
- Functional specifications
- Configuration documents
- Test cases and UAT support
- Provide production support, rootcause analysis, and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong handson experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Good understanding of:
- Payroll schemas and rules
- Wage types and payroll functions
- Experience with ECECP integration
- Knowledge of SAP payroll concepts and processes
- Experience in payroll testing cycles and golive support
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA Payroll
- Exposure to SAP Time Management / SF Time Tracking
- Knowledge of global or countryspecific payroll compliance
- SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll certification
- Experience in global rollouts or AMS support models
