Job Description
Job role - SAP FICO Consultant
Experience - 4+
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the SAP
FICO modules (Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)).
Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP FICO projects, including business blueprinting,
configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
ECC to S4 Hana migration and new GLS
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand business needs, and
financial reporting requirements, and design SAP FICO solutions that align with
organizational goals.
Lead system configuration and customizations for key modules such as General Ledger
(GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and
Controlling (CO).
Manage, Train, and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance and
fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and
third-party applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues related to system performance, data
accuracy, and business functionality.
Conduct SAP FICO system testing, including UAT and data migration, to ensure smooth
functionality and user adoption.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configurations, and
user manuals for SAP FICO processes.
Maintain awareness of emerging SAP FICO trends, new functionalities, and SAP
S/4HANA advancements to continually optimize processes.
Manage change control and system upgrades to ensure ongoing system effectiveness
and compliance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX standards
in SAP FICO processes.
Provide leadership and support for training, change management, and end-user
adoption during SAP FICO rollouts and upgrades
