Job Overview:


ImagicaaWorld Entertainment Limited is looking for a highly driven and dynamic Sales Manager B2B to spearhead revenue growth for Sai Teerth across Hyderabad and South India markets ( Andhra Pradesh, and nearby regions). This role is pivotal in expanding the brands presence in the southern market by driving B2B partnerships, group business, and institutional sales. The incumbent will focus on building strong relationships with corporates, travel agencies, tour operators, religious

groups, and institutions, while unlocking new revenue streams for Sai Teerth.The role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can actively drive footfall through structured B2B initiatives and contribute to positioning Sai Teerth as a preferred destination for devotional and group travel.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategize and drive B2B revenue growth for Sai Teerth across Hyderabad and South India markets
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, schools, colleges, and religious groups
  • Drive group bookings, pilgrimage tours, and corporate outings to increase visitor footfall
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and untapped markets within South India
  • Expand presence through regional travel networks and distribution channels
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and close high-value deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and outreach programs
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Ensure accurate MIS reporting, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement

Experience & Qualification:


  • Educational Background: MBA or Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Relevant Experience: Exposure to B2B sales with strong understanding of group and institutional business
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism,travel, or theme park industry
  • Performance Track Record: Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Network Strength: Strong connections with corporates, travel agencies, and group organizers in South India
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Work Style: Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong ownership mindset
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and nearby South markets
