Senior Sourcing Lead @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the global sourcing team to achieve strategic sourcing goals, including cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies.
• Develop and execute procurement plans for ocean freight, sea freight, e-sourcing, RFx management, and other related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in logistics operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on supplier selection and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements :

• 6-11 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement leadership role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in e-sourcing, ocean freight, sea freight, procurement, RFX management, and strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through effective negotiation skills with suppliers.
