Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO professional to lead SAP Finance solutions and work with finance teams to support business operations and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO solution design and delivery aligned to business and finance needs.
- Handle SAP FI processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and financial closing.
- Own SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Drive manufacturing costing, allocations, overheads, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Manage COPA / Margin Analysis and profitability reporting.
- Support period-end activities such as WIP, variance calculation, and settlements.
- Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance including ACDOCA, Business Partner, parallel ledgers, and document splitting.
- Support Fiori apps, CDS views, and finance dashboards in S/4HANA.
- Ensure integration with MM, PP, and SD for end-to-end finance and costing processes.
- Support implementations, enhancements, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Resolve complex functional issues and guide finance process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10 to 15 years of SAP FICO experience with strong expertise in CO, costing, and COPA.
- CA / ICWA (CMA) preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience can apply
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance, accounting, and manufacturing costing processes.
