  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
  • Maintain professional communication at all times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions


Candidates From BTECH/ IT / TECH are not eligible to Apply In this role , 6 months of BPO Or customer service are Preferred


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of customer service
  • Ability to handle calls professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
