Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our customers.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage sales operations and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic retail setting.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are required.

  • A high school diploma is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly between departments, and work flexible hours as needed.
