Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach
Maintain clear and effective communication with international clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company processes and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Skills
Fluent communication in English
Good verbal and listening skills
Clear pronunciation and neutral accent

Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
