    Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

     

    Job Overview

    We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through voice-based interactions.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

    Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach

    Maintain clear and effective communication with international clients

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

    Follow company processes and maintain accurate records of interactions

     

    Required Skills

    Fluent communication in English

    Good verbal and listening skills

    Clear pronunciation and neutral accent

    Customer-centric attitude

    Basic computer knowledge

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

     

    Eligibility Criteria

    Any Graduate or Postgraduate (2hidden_mobile pass-outs)

    Freshers are welcome

    Willingness to work in US Night Shifts

     

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary: 3 LPA -3.5 LPA (for freshers)

    2 weekly offs

    2-way cab facility
