Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct fraud analysis on chargebacks, identifying patterns and trends to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex fraud cases.
Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies using data analytics tools.
Provide expert advice on travel domain-related fraud detection techniques to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments in fraud analytics, staying ahead of emerging threats.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Spanish language skills (written & spoken) required; knowledge of other languages an asset.
Experience working with international clients preferred; ability to work flexible hours including night shifts.
1-6 years of experience in fraud analysis or a related field (chargeback, fraud analytics).

Knowledge in Fraud Prevention and Customer Service

Travel Background a plus
