Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for materials
Drive sales through dealers, distributors, franchises, and project customers
Develop new accounts in retail, projects, and institutional segments
Ensure correct product mix, pricing, and scheme execution
Supply Chain Coordination
Plan and coordinate material supply as per demand forecasts
Liaise with plant / warehouse / logistics teams for timely dispatch
Ensure on-time delivery to dealers, projects, and sites
Track shortages, damages, and escalations proactively
Channel & Dealer Management
Appoint and manage dealers / distributors as per company norms
Ensure dealer stocking, visibility, and sales hygiene
Support dealers with promotions, demos, and technical coordination
Resolve dealer grievances related to supply, pricing, or service
