TECH MAHINDRA - HIRING FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS (CHANDIVALI)

Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the Domestic Voice, E-mail & Chat Process. This role is ideal for FRESHERS & EXP candidates looking for growth in their career in the BPO sector and engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-VOICE Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai (CHANDIVALI)

Wing - I, & II, Oberoi Garden Estate, off Saki Vihar Road, Yadav Nagar, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072

Eligibility:

- HSC degree Mandatory

- Excellent communication skills can apply

- Candidates with 12 months of E-mail process experience can apply

Selection Process:

- Client Round

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts

- Shift Window

Females From 8:00AM Till 8:00PM

Males From 8:00AM Till 11:00PM

Any 10 hours of shift
