Job Summary

IGT Solutions is hiring Customer Care Executives for a voice-based process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and delivering high-quality service to clients in the travel and hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to provide accurate information
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Adhere to company policies and contact center procedures

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates
• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or travel domain preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer proficiency

Work Details

• 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• 5-day work week
• Work from office

Compensation

• Salary up to 3,00,000 per annum (CTC)
• Performance-based incentives up to 8,000 per month
