WE ARE HIRING REFERRAL CALLERS (INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS)

Shift: Night Shift (Permanent)

Experience:

04 years of experience in Referral Calling / Patient Calling (Preferred International Voice Process)

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with good vocabulary
• Neutral accent is mandatory
• Excellent active listening and customer handling skills
• Ability to empathize with callers
• Basic knowledge of data entry and computer applications
• Willing to work in permanent night shifts

Candidate Preference:

• Male candidates preferred

Walk-in Dates: 15th April to 17th April

Interview Timings: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Note:

• Only candidates comfortable with night shift should apply
