Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Identification
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements across employees and locations
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on operational requirements
- Assess employee competency levels through observation and feedback
- Coordinate with operations team to understand performance gaps
2. Performance & Behavior Assessment
- Understand real-time employee performance and behavioral patterns
- Conduct on-the-job observation and performance reviews
- Identify behavioral and operational improvement areas
- Provide constructive feedback to employees and supervisors
3. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Plan and deliver effective classroom and on-the-job training sessions
- Develop training materials, presentations, and SOP-based modules
- Conduct induction training for new joiners
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, practical, and result-oriented
4. Post-Training Monitoring & Follow-up
- Track employee progress after training sessions
- Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps
- Monitor improvement in productivity and quality standards
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring support
5. Training Effectiveness Measurement
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Conduct pre-training and post-training evaluations
- Track improvement in operational performance metrics
- Submit training effectiveness reports to management
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain training records and attendance sheets
- Prepare training reports and progress trackers
- Document learning outcomes and improvement areas
- Communicate training outcomes to stakeholders and management
- Observation reports on Manpower, Machineries, Materials ,SOP Adherence , Documentation and Clients Feedbacks.
