Job Summary

Software Developer (IDAM L2 ) engineer will be responsible for resolving issues related to fixing sync errors, debugging SSO failures, modifying policies, and reading logs.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the "Run" state of the identity lifecycle, ensuring rules are applied correctly.
• Author L1 documentation and MFA SOPs to reduce L2 ticket escalations.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of authentication failures (SAML, OIDC traces).
• Troubleshooting synchronization issues between Source (HRMS/AD) and Target Applications/systems.
• Configuration of new applications for SSO within Cymmetri.
• Modifying workflows and policies within the IDAM tool.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• Coordination with Cymmetri product vendor support for L3 bugs/patches.
• Plan and execute access review campaigns and UAT testing
• Use JavaScript to develop and test custom IDAM client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 3-5 years in Core Java (mandatory) and any one other programming language (JAVA, .NET, Python, C++)
• Proficient in at least one SQL database (eg MySQL/Mongo DB/Oracle/ PostgreSQL etc).
• Hands-on experience in IDAM and webhooks
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking to drive efficient solutions.
• BCA/MCA/BSCIT/BSc CS/BTech/BE Graduates will be considered
• Practical experience with industry-standard tools like Cymmetri, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ARCON, ARCSIGHT or IBM is highly preferred.
• Relevant Work experience in any one IDAM environment at client site will have advantage eg of IDAM tools Cymmetri /Sailpoint / IBM / ARCSIGHT / OKTA/ ARCON / Ping Identity etc
• Java certification is a plus.
