Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused HR Program Manager who will drive end-to-end HR programs while owning HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and stakeholder engagement across business units. This role blends program management, data analytics, and business partnering to ensure HR initiatives are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with leadership, translating data into actionable insights, and driving cross-functional HR initiatives.
1. HR Analytics & Dashboard Ownership
Conduct trend analysis and derive predictive workforce insights.
Present monthly and quarterly HR analytics to leadership teams.
2. Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Alignment
3. Process Improvement & Governance
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong command of Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred).
Experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Structured thinking with a strong program management approach.
Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions. Strong presentation skills (MIS decks and leadership reviews).
