Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years to 12 Years

Job Location: Chennai , Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Gurgaon.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OmniStudio components (Vlocity), Salesforce development, and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using OmniStudio (Vlocity) components:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors
• FlexCards
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize performance of OmniStudio components and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and governance

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio / Vlocity
• Proficiency in:
• Apex Programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Data Modeling
• Experience in Integration:
• REST & SOAP APIs
• Middleware tools (optional)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) framework
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer)
• Experience in Salesforce Industries (Communications, Insurance, or Health Cloud)
• CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
