Tech Mahindra is conducting Walk in drive. Grab the opportunity at the earliest.


We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Associate (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.


5 days Working : 2 days rotational shifts and off


Noida : Work from office


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Provide product/service information and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Skills and Qualifications


  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Immediate joiners are required.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
  • Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
  • 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
  • Immediate joiners are required.
