Job Summary:

ACME Designers is looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities in the architecture, interior design, and construction segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality leads, initiating client conversations, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Maintain and update lead database (CRM tools) regularly
  • Initiate first-level communication with prospects to understand requirements
  • Schedule meetings for the sales/design team
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and conversions
  • Track daily/weekly lead generation targets and report performance
  • Explore new channels for business development in real estate, architects, and corporate sectors

Key Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in lead generation / business development
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, or construction industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and client handling

Preferred Skills:

  • Digital lead generation techniques
  • Email marketing & campaign handling
  • Market research and data mining
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
