Immediate Opening for Multispecialty Coding - Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Multispecialty Medical Coding Manager to lead coding operations across multiple specialties specifically in Surgery. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing coding quality, productivity, and compliance while ensuring alignment with client requirements and revenue cycle objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the coding team to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of productivity and quality targets.
- Candidate with Exposure in Surgery Coding, Anesthesia Coding, Radiology Coding would be preferred.
- Oversee daily coding and billing operations in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Monitor team performance metrics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Apply strong knowledge of CPT guidelines, modifiers, and CPT Assistant references in coding practices.
- Align team deliverables with client expectations and operational goals.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, providers, and clients to support revenue cycle management objectives.
- Evaluate team capacity and allocate resources based on business needs and project requirements.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all operational activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of CPT guidelines and modifier usage.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and performance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze workload, optimize productivity, and manage team capacity.
- Experience handling multispecialty coding teams will be an added advantage.
- Certification such as CPC / CCS / COC preferred.
Additional Requirements
