Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description 

Role Summary:
Responsible for community outreach, patient coordination, and liaison between the EMR Centre and KMC Hospital to create awareness of services and ensure smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target groups and organize First Aid trainings, health camps, and awareness talks based on community needs.
  • Conduct basic community studies to plan suitable outreach programs.
  • Counsel patients on services, procedures, and billing.
  • Manage end-to-end patient coordination, including follow-ups and OPD appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between EMR Centre clinicians/ staff and KMC Hospital medical/ administrative teams.
  • Handle administrative work, including patient records and stock management.
