Job Description
- Partner with application managers and business process owners to understand requirements and design tailored cloud solutions.
- Deliver IT infrastructure services in public cloud environments like Azure and AWS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Plan and coordinate activities between Application Managers and Cloud Operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based services.
- Design and implement standard service frameworks to improve efficiency between application owners and operations.
- Define, implement, and optimize service standards for uninterrupted operation of our Public Cloud platform.
- Prepare annual budgets for IT services.
- Ensure compliance, security, and optimized operational processes.
- Define architecture and design aligned with Siemens best practices.
- Create clear technical documentation and diagrams.
- Manage solution implementation and ensure successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in migrating enterprise applications from on-premises to Azure and/or AWS.
- Expertise in Data Center Migration and Transformation to cloud platforms.
- Experience designing global cloud services and operational implementations.
- Strong understanding of application and infrastructure cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise application transformation (e.g., PLM, ERP) to public cloud.
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS) and data center technologies.
