Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures seamless integration of components, fostering collaboration across teams to drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enablon Software Platform.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
