Job Description
Urgent Hiring | L&D Support (Content Development) | Bangalore
We are looking for a passionate and creative professional to join our Corporate L&D team in Bangalore for the role of Training Executive / Assistant Manager Content Development.
Location: Bangalore
Role: Learning & Development Content Development
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team of video editors to create high-quality training videos covering: Service standards, Kitchen recipes, Food delivery SOPs, Hygiene & safety procedures
* Develop structured training content for Restaurant Operations SOPs & processes
* Convert operational SOPs into simple, engaging learning modules
* Must have strong Hindi speaking and writing skills for script creation
* Coordinate with the Operations team to validate SOP accuracy
* Ensure content is practical, process-driven, and aligned with brand standards
* Strong hands-on experience with Canva & power point is required
Qualification:
Degree / 3-Year Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in Restaurant Operations
* Additional experience in Learning & Development will be an added advantage
