RCM AR Caller @ CorroHealth

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and patient access to resolve complex billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients and providers in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 0.9-7 years of experience in an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) role or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare industry practices and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, insurance companies, etc.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
