Key Responsibilities: Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans Maintain credit quality Onboard new channel partners Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
