We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. This role involves engaging with existing clients to promote additional products/services and managing debt collection efficiently. If you have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for achieving targets, this role is for you!

Work Mode & Location

Work From Home (After Training)
1 Month Mandatory Training at Office (Daily Attendance Required)
Location: Kelambakkam (Opposite VIT College)

Role & Responsibilities

Upselling:

Engage with existing clients to promote and sell additional products/services
Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly
Achieve daily sales targets

Debt Collection:

Contact customers for overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans
Handle assigned accounts with effective collection strategies
Manage conversations professionally and empathetically

Preferred Candidate Profile

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
Willing to work on the last Sunday of every month (Comp Off provided)
Work hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Freshers are welcome

Compensation & Benefits

Earn 30,000 50,000/month

Fixed Salary: 12,000 20,000 (Take-home)
Incentives: Up to 30,000/month

Meal Plan: 500/month (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Accommodation (No Deposit):

AC Room: 2,500/month
Non-AC Room: 2,000/month
