Job Description
JD Production Planning
- Generating Weekly Production Plans for the next 52 weeks based on run strategy, sale and demand
- Maintain SAP master data for new SKUs and review and update master data based on run down, lead time change, demcap change, etc.
- Review sales vs forecast, demand variations and align production plans by various means like shift pattern changes
- Manage innovations and run downs effectively
- Manage inventory at optimum level based on Min Max norms
- Effectively Prebuild in case of constraints and periodic peak demands
- Should be aware of releasing and editing Process order in SAP APO & ECC
- Knowledge on kinaxis would be an additional advantage
- Communicate clear production plans to material planning and customer teams every week
- Review material shortages with MRP and align production plans based on expedited material supply
- Monitor & Review despatch rate progress
- Prepare Capacity Utilization views for the factory based on actualized OEEs
