Job Description

We are hiring for Assistant Manager / Manager/Associate Director (BRM) role with a reputed organization in the credit & financial services space.

Experience Required: 3 to 17 years
Role Focus: Business Development | Client Acquisition | Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage & grow relationships with mid-sized corporates
* Drive new business mandates & revenue generation
* Interact with CXO-level clients (CFOs/CEOs)
* Work closely with internal analytical teams
* Prepare client strategies & marketing plans

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in financial services sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Well-networked & target-driven
Understanding of corporate finance / debt markets is a plus
