Customer Support Executive Voice / Chat / Blended Process

Location: Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Yerwada, Magarpatta, Hinjewadi (Pune)

Freshers and Experienced (0 to 5 years) Immediate joiners preferred

 

Salary: 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Role

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for International BPO Voice ,Chat/Email, and Blended Processes including-

Telecom

Healthcare

Retail

Utility

Travel

Candidates with good to excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

-Manage inbound and outbound international voice interactions with customers.

- Address customer inquiries through voice,chat/email support in a timely and effective manner.

- Deliver accurate information while ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.


Eligibility Criteria

-Undergraduate or Graduate candidates from any discipline are eligible. -Strong to excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is essential.

-Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

-Annual CTC of 3 LPA to 6.5LPA(final offer based on communication skills and interview performance).
