Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques, as well as the ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Agile projects using the Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Conduct backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and clarify user stories and tasks.
- Track team velocity and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with the Scrum framework as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management and velocity tracking.
- Strong facilitation skills to lead Agile ceremonies and team discussions.
- Experience in backlog refinement and prioritization techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Kanban methodology.
- Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to coach teams in Agile practices and principles.
- Knowledge of conflict mediation techniques to resolve team disputes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
