Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Hyland OnBase Developer to assist in the design, development, and support of OnBase solutions. The role involves working closely with senior developers and business analysts to support workflow automation, configurations, deployments, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Hyland OnBase solutions
• Support OnBase workflow development, Unity Client configuration, forms creation, and document scanning setups
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform unit and system testing, and support deployments across environments
• Assist with SQL queries, stored procedures, and basic data analysis for application support and reporting
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and support teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, defect fixes, and continuous improvement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase platform
• Exposure to OnBase Workflows, Unity Client configuration, forms, and scanning solutions
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, including writing queries and stored procedures
• Understanding of SDLC and application support processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to OnBase integrations (APIs, web services)
• Experience with deployments, version upgrades, or migrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Domain experience in Document Management / ECM solutions
