Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master / Project Manager with 1012 years of overall IT experience, including 45 years of recent hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile expertise, proven project delivery capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

This role requires a strong blend of Agile facilitation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity planning.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint health.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive release planning and program-level coordination where applicable.
• Ensure quality and process compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
